HWTG is a transportation software tool provided exclusively for customers of HW Transportation Group Inc. ("HWTG") who have been issued cards authorized under the HWTG Fleet Solutions program. Use of HWTG-issued cards signifies acceptance by the user of the terms and conditions established by HWTG. These terms and conditions are available to customers upon request. The HWTG software provides users with a self-directed fuel purchase management platform for authorized personnel. Users assume full responsibility for the authorization and approval of fuel purchases, inventory and activation of cards, and the secure maintenance of card inventory. The secure use and handling of fuel cards and associated PINs is the sole responsibility of each user. Users are also fully responsible for ensuring secure access to the HWTG program, maintaining their card inventory and PINs, and training their employees to ensure compliance with all program requirements. Users must register a valid email address and mobile phone number with HWTG to enable communication via email and text. Any breach in the secure handling of cards or access to the HWTG portal must be reported to HWTG immediately. HWTG is not responsible for service disruptions or interruptions caused by conditions or technical issues beyond its immediate control. HWTG reserves the right to cancel this agreement immediately if the user fails to adhere to the terms of this agreement or meet the credit terms issued by HWTG.
